Just disappointed! I finally convinced my husband to try Domino's again and our large Meatzza pizza was awful. I ordered online and watched the tracker to make sure we arrived on time to pick up our order. He went in and had to wait almost 20 minutes to pick it up. We opened it up at home and it hardly had any cheese on it after I ordered double cheese and paid for double cheese! Also, very little meat and it was cold! We only live about a mile from Domino's. At least the bread twists were warm. So disappointing.....guess no more Domino's now!
I'm not sure if they don't care what you order or if they are soooooo busy that they just cant get orders correct.
I wish I could give this store zero stars. Food delivered literally an hour late with zero remorse. An incorrect order that was, not surprisingly, cold. No forks delivered with one salad when two salads were ordered. Wow. Wowwowwow.
I love Domino's Pizza in general because they are moderately priced and their Domino's app and rewards program makes ordering Pizza extra awesome! While I have never had any issues with product quality from this location on several occasions the pizza has been extremely late the last time my pizza tracker said my food had arrived when it had not and when I tried to call the store no one answered... Finally 20 minutes after my pizza "had arrived" my driver finally pulled up. He was polite but offered no apology.
Pizza was quoted to be delivered in 1 hour. After over an hour I called. Was told by Laquesha that it would be another hour & half. She was not concerned at all & snickered when I told her I had kids to feed & had to cancel order. She hung up on me before I could ask about my refund. When I called back she said there was no manager or supervisor there tonight to talk to & she was next in line for management. She has horrible customer service & has no business in management. We eat there several times a month. They just lost a loyal long-time customer!
