Wow! This place is something else for car lovers and even non-car lovers. Full of motorcycles, classic and weird cars. Floors and floors of cars. Colorful, fun and inviting. They have a big event area. I was there for a convention and it was so much fun! Great photo ops. They have Formula One races there I think. A big race track and people from all over go there to see the races.
We visited the museum the weekend of the Talladega race and it is one of the most gorgeous tracks I've seen. It has very beautiful grounds. The track itself is tucked away by trees. The only other road course I have attended is Circuit of the Americas and that place is a completely different atmosphere. It is truly stunning and I will make sure to catch the Indy race there some time in the upcoming years. The museum is absolutely breath taking even if you aren't necessarily a fan of motorcycles. It is a sight worth seeing if you ever catch yourself in Alabama.
The racing surface is top tier and the layout is challenging. Very technical track with limited straights. You gotta drive good to be fast here.

I went this summer 2017. Just Love George Barber! I got to meet him in person and get pictures made. That was my highlight of my visit to meet such a brilliant man that created such an awesome museum and racetrack. Mr. Barber and his security guard played a joke on me and it was so funny! Mr. Barber made my summer. Please visit the museum and don't leave without buying something in the gift shop first.
The grounds are fantastic and the restrooms are very clean. Great place to bring the family.
Amazing facilities. Long way from my home, but worth it. Went down to do a track day with my son, but made sure we got there a day early so we could tour the museum. Apparently it is the largest motorcycle collection in the world, and after visiting it I have no doubt. Awesome Museum to visit and awesome track to ride. All the facilities are top-notch.
