I went in to the office twice one afternoon after calling bc a package had not come with my mail even though the tracking number said it was out for delivery. I was told my mail carrier hadn't come back from his route yet and had no cell phone. About 30 mins after closing time I received a "real time" text update that at 1:15 that afternoon it had been undeliverable even though the address was correct and I've received many orders from this same place before with no problem. I went back up there knowing they were closed but hoping I could catch one of the ladies before they left. They laughed at me when I knocked and asked them to please check for my package sinc we my carrier had supposedly just gotten back from his route minutes earlier. Then one walked off and left and the other told me my package had been returned to sender hours earlier and couldn't be retrieved. I apologized for keeping her after hours and asked why I hadn't been told this earlier the THREE times I had called or come up there instead of being lied to and told my carrier hadn't come back yet each time. She just looked at me and turned around and walked off to her car. So I have no idea what actually happened to my package but hopefully I'll find out soon.

Tracking shows attempted delivery and notice left but the delivery guy did not even get out of his car and there was no notice to be found anywhere

Refused to deliver mail or get the mail that was in the box because....a car was parked out front of my home. Although not blocking my mailbox and with several people standing in the yard; the employee simply backed up and turned around to deliver to the house across from us. A simple honk of the horn would have sufficed...since when there's a package to big for the mailbox or something needs to be signed for that's all they do anyway. No wonder the USPS is in the hole financially. Pure laziness!!

Package found open 2 houses down. When I order multiple computer parts full cases of energy drinks etc. The carelessness shown here is unacceptable as the inability to proper deliver a package to the correct address could cost me hundreds of dollars.

After having a bad experience in my hometown, I decided I would not go back. I needed to go to the post office though. I had planned to have lunch with my mom at work, so I took the opportunity to visit the local post office. I was very happy with the helpful and friendly staff. I will start driving the 30 miles each week to have this service. Thank you and keep up the good work.
