The man working the store was very attentive to all the customers. He was very knowledgeable and offered lots of tips and comparison info. He was very friendly and there was a great selection of glasses. I would recommend this location.
Saw the employees miss an opportunity for 2 sales, me and another gentlemen so they could get back to the conversation they were having. The other gentleman wanted to get a new pair but instead of helping him go through the options available the female employee just left him alone instead of uncovering the man's needs and along questions. Bad customer service. There customer service was better when the store was Sunglass Warehouse.
The customer service was great. The young man that helped me today was very attentive and helpful and helped me find a great pair of sunglasses. They have outlet choices as well as brand new designer choices.
